Notice is hereby given that the Development Review Committee (DRC) of Springville will consider the following items on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 29, 2018 in Conference Room #217 of the Springville City Civic Center, 110 South Main. The meeting will commence at 9:00 A.M. Members of the Springville City Development Review Committee will meet for a closed briefing of the agenda items at 8:30 A.M. in the Springville City Civic Center. The agenda for the Open Session meeting will be as follows: 1. 9:00 A.M. - Mont Jensen with All Services seeking a site plan amendment to construct a metal shop/storage building at 2250 South SR51 in the L-IM Light Industrial Manufacturing Zone. 2. 9:20 A.M. - Leon Van Sickle with VanCon seeking plat amendment approval to combine lots 1, 7 and 8 of the GQ Industrial Park, Plat A. 3. 9:40 A.M. - Leon Van Sickle with VanCon seeking site plan approval for a contractor's storage yard located at 1888 N Mountain Springs Parkway in the L-IM Light Industrial Manufacturing Zone. 4. 10:00 A.M. - Steve Marx with Thousand Oaks Properties, LLC, seeking preliminary and final condominium plat approval for the Spring Pointe Warehouse Condominiums located at 2090 W 500 N in the HC-Highway Commercial Zone. 5. 10:20 A.M. - Logan Johnson with Wright Development Group, Inc, seeking minor subdivision approval for the Springville 7-11 Subdivision located on the southeast corner of 1400 North and Main Street in the HC-Highway Commercial Zone. 6. 10:40 A.M. - Logan Johnson with Wright Development Group, Inc, seeking site plan approval for a 7-11 convenience store with fuel sales located on the southeast corner of 1400 North and Main Street in the HC-Highway Commercial Zone. 7. 11:00 A.M. - David Simpson seeking final approval for the Sumsion West, Plat B Subdivision located in the area of 1150 South 1250 West in the R1-8 and R1-10 Single-Family Residential Zones and within the Westfields Overlay Zone.
