Discussion & possible approval of Ord. 2018-31: Disconnect of Mesa Road. AN ORDINANCE TO DISINCORPORATE A PARCEL OF PROPERTY UNDER THE OWNERSHIP OF THE BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT (BLM). 10. Discussion with possible approval of P&Z recommendation to approve ORDINANCE 2018-33: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER ONE OF THE VIRGIN UNIFORM LAND USE ORDINANCES ('VULU') TO CLARIFY THE BUILDING PERMITTING PROCESS. 11. Discussion with possible approval of P&Z recommendation to approve ORDINANCE 2018-34: AN ORDINANCE RESTATING CHAPTER NINE - DIVISION OF LAND OF THE VIRGIN UNIFORM LAND USE ORDINANCES ('VULU'). 12. Council Comments: Remind regarding December TC Meeting being Dec. 19, not Dec. 26. 13. Possible Motion to CLOSE Public Meeting and ENTER into Executive Session. C. ADJOURN PUBLIC MEETING: 14. Approve Motion to Adjourn Public Meeting.
