SYRACUSE CITY Syracuse City Disaster Prep Committee November 29, 2018 -- 6:30 p.m. Municipal Building, 1979 W. 1900 S. Notice is hereby given that the Syracuse City Disaster Prep Committee will participate in a meeting on November 29, 2018 at 2018 at 6:30 p.m. in the large conference room of the Municipal Building, 1979 W. 1900 S., Syracuse City, Davis County, Utah. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss/review the following items: . Prayer - Judy Meservey New Business 1. December Preparedness Show & Tell - December 8, 9-2:30pm - Syracuse Community Center - Review final schedule - Discuss Coordinator tasks for classes - Setup - 7-9am - Fair - 9am-3pm - Close down - 3-5pm - Stake Displays - Setup no later than 8:30am - Check-In Table: Syracuse Youth Council (?) o Electronic Login (tablets, laptops?) 2. December Meeting (13th, 20th, or 27th?) 3. 2019 Annual City Disaster Exercise 4.
