NOTICE AND AGENDA OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING OF BRIGHAM CITY, UTAH Tuesday, December 04, 2018, 6:00 PM City Council Chambers, 20 North Main 6:00 Pledge of Allegiance 6:02 Approval of Minutes 6:04 Public Comment 1,2 (Per Utah Code, will receive input only, no decision can be made) for items not listed on the agenda. 6:05 Public Hearing 3 / Application #18-113 / Rezone of Property from A-5 (Agricultural) and GC (General Commercial) to all GC (General Commercial) on approximately 4.66 acres / Parcel of land located at the northwest corner of the intersection of 1100 West and 1100 South Street (Parcel No. 03-151-0022) / Joe Siggard Assigned times may vary depending on length of discussion or agenda alteration. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids or services for this meeting should contact Christina Boss (435-734-6604) at least 48-hours in advance of the meeting. CERTICATE OF POSTING The above notice and agenda was posted in three places within Brigham City Limits (City Hall, City Library, and City Senior Center). A copy was also provided to the Box Elder News Journal and posted on the City Website and the State Public Meeting Notice website on November 26, 2018. 1 Each individual is limited to three minutes.
