- Notice of the Regular Meeting Agenda of the PLANNING COMMISSION OF LAYTON, UTAH FOR Tuesday, November 27, 2018 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held on Tuesday, November 27, 2018, in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 p.m. A work meeting is scheduled to begin in the Chambers Conference Room at 5:30 p.m. for review of the agenda items. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION PLANNING COMMISSION DISCUSSION AND DECISION 1. GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT AND REZONE - 850 N 2200 W The applicant, Ed Grampp, representing CW Land Company, is requesting a general plan amendment and a rezone for the 44-acre property, located at 850 N 2200 W in the B-RP (Business and Research Park) zoning district. The rezone request is from B-RP to R-1-8 PRUD (Single Family Residential Planned Residential Unit Development) and C-TH (Condo/Townhouse). ADJOURNMENT
