KAYSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Center. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Opening and approval of the minutes from the meeting of October 25, 2018. 2. Conditional use permit for an agricultural home occupation, contractor office at 876 South Sunset Drive - Ken LeLaCheur. 3. Conditional use permit for a major home occupation 'B', contractor office at 1987 West Hill Street - Mark Higgs. 4. Public hearing and request to rezone 58.6 acres of property at 2300 West Schick Lane (200 North) from R-A (Residential Agriculture) to the R-1-LD (Single Family Low Density), R-1-8 (Single Family Residential) and GC (General Commercial) zoning districts - Perry Homes. 5. Public hearing and request to rezone 10 acres of property at approximately 700 South Deseret Drive from GC (General Commercial) to the R-2 (Single and Two-Family Residential) zoning district - Ivory Development. 6. Public hearing and request to rezone 0.96 acres of property at 233 South 400 East to include the PRUD (Planned Residential Unit Development) overlay zone - Heidi Nettleton. 7. Public hearing and preliminary plat approval for the Prigmore Flag Lots Subdivision at 233 South 400 East - Heidi Nettleton. 8. Call to the public. 9. Other matters that properly come before the Planning Commission: a. Reports. b. Correspondence. c. Calendar. 10. Adjournment.
