- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE EASTERN SUMMIT COUNTY DEVELOPMENT CODE AMENDMENTS Public notice is hereby given that the Eastern Summit County Planning Commission in accordance with Section 11-5-3 of the Eastern Summit County Development Code will conduct a public hearing and possibly take action for potential amendments to Section 11-6 of the Eastern Summit County Development Code. Thursday December 6, 2018 Beginning at 6:00 p.m. South Summit County Services Building 110 N Main Kamas, Utah 84036 The purpose of the amendments is to create regulations relating to outdoor lighting of buildings and structures. Language would require lighting to be down directed and shielded to prevent light trespass onto adjacent properties.
