AMERICAN FORK CITY AMENDED PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR SESSION DECEMBER 5, 2018 Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Planning Commission will meet in regular session on December 5, 2018 at the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Review and action on an agreement for the AF 21 Annexation Plat A consisting of 19.2 acres and located in the area of 850 West 500 South 3. Review and action an amended site plan for the Sherwood Office Project for placement of an ice-vending machine located at 135 North 100 East in the CC-1 Central Commercial Zone 4. Review and action on an amendment to ordinance section 17.1.400 of the American Fork City code relating to the conveyance of water in American Fork. 5. Other Business 6. Site Plan Committee Report 7.
