- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearing has been scheduled to be heard by the Clearfield City Council at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 11, 2018. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers on the 3rd Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah 84015. All interested persons present will be given an opportunity to be heard. Public Hearing, Discussion and Possible Action on SV 1811-0002, a street right-of-way vacation request by Leslie Mascaro on behalf of Maverik to vacate the street right-of-way located directly north of 700 South. Location: Approximately 700 South and 1000 East (See attached map) Planner: Brad McIlrath (Legislative Matter). A copy of the application is available for review at the Customer Service Center on the 1st Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
