- Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee Notice & Agenda The regularly scheduled meeting of the Wales Town Planning and Zoning Committee will be held at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, 20 November 2018, at the Wales Town Hall, located at 150 N State St. The meeting agenda is as follows: 1. Meeting call to order 2. Roll call 3. Approve minutes of meeting held 16 October 2018 4. Petitions & Communications: a. Imre Solyom, concerning construction of storage building and changing location of garage (not yet built) at 275 South 250 West b. Barney Dye, concerning construction of garage at 10 South 100 West 5. Business: a. 6. Adjourn **If you have business or questions that need to be addressed by the Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee please contact Velva Lee Sherman at 436-9345 or 436-5151. In order to be added to the agenda, please call at least one week prior to the meeting held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Thank you.**
