- Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. ยงยง 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503, notice is hereby given that Payson City, a municipal corporation of the State of Utah, located in Utah County, Utah intends to commence the preparation of amending its impact fee facilities plans (IFFPs) and impact fee analyses (IFAs), with respect to the following public facilities: (i) drinking water rights and water supply, treatment, storage, and distribution, (ii) pressurized irrigation water rights and water supply, storage, and distribution, (iii) sewer collection and treatment, and (iv) parks and recreation. The geographic area that will be included in the IFFPs and IFAs are all areas within Payson's boundaries, the Payson City Annexation Policy Plan, and any areas served by Payson City. All interested persons are hereby invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing or amending the referenced documents.
