Description/Agenda

Public notice is hereby given that the South Salt Lake City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers located in City Hall at 220 East Morris Avenue on Thursday, 29 November 2018 at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following: A recommendation to the South Salt Lake City Council to amend the zoning map and to enact new and revised sections of Title 17 of the South Salt Lake City Code that amend, codify and replace the Riverfront Master Planned Mixed Use District Design Guidelines, in a manner that is substantially consistent with Ordinance 2017-20. Notice is further given that the public is invited to attend and present oral and/or written testimony regarding this petition to the Department of Community Development. In compliance with Americans with disabilities act, individuals needing auxiliary communicative aids or other services for this meeting should contact Jeff Attermann at 801-412-3224, giving at least 24 hours notice.
