- REGULAR SESSION A. CALL TO ORDER & WELCOME B. INVOCATION AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by Council Member Smalling C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - October 16, 2018 D. APPROVAL OF VOUCHERS - $72,980.00 E. PUBLIC COMMENTS 1. Consider request from Spencer King, owner of V.K. Electric, to erect a 30 foot training tower in the southeast corner of his property located at 383 W. 1300 N. 2. Consider Resolution 2018-22 to approve Joining a Joint Land Use Study in Cooperation with the Office of Economic Adjustment, Department of Defense, Hill Air Force Base and Its Surrounding Cities and Counties, and the State of Utah 3. Consider Resolution 2018-23 to grant Linda Youngdell, Treasurer, and Susan R. Hale, Recorder, the authority to administer the Public TIF accounts on behalf of Sunset City Corporation. 4. Mayor, Council and Department Head reports
