- NOTICE OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE PLEASANT GROVE CITY COUNCIL Please note time change Notice is hereby given that the Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Special Meeting Tuesday November 20, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. in the Library, 30 East Center (main level) Pleasant Grove, Utah. This is a public meeting and anyone interested is invited to attend. AGENDA 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. To consider for adoption a Resolution (2018-056) authorizing the Mayor and Municipal Council sitting as the Board of Canvassers to accept the election returns and declaring and certifying the results of the General Municipal Election held on November 6, 2018.
