Pledge of Allegiance- American Legion Post 139 D. Consent Items (These items are considered by the City Council to be routine and will be enacted by a single motion. If discussion is desired on any particular consent item, that item may be removed from the consent agenda and considered separately) 1. Approval of the October 2nd, 2018 and October 16th, 2018 Roy City Council Meeting Minutes. E. Action Items 1. Resolution 18-29 Declaring November 20, 2018 American Legion Centennial Day 2. Resolution 18-30 honoring the Roy City Sr. Peewees Football team for their 2018 football achievements. 3. Resolution 18-31 honoring the Roy City Mitey Mites Football team for their 2018 football achievements. 4. Resolution 18-32 Eliminating the Deputy Chief Position and changing the two Lieutenant positions into two Captain positions in the Police Department F. Presentations 1. Blue Line Ladies- Presenting the Donation to the Police Dept. G. Public Comments This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas on any topic.
