Approve Minutes: September 19, 2018 III. Business: A. Update and discussion on the trailhead grant. B. Discuss erosion control options for the Confluence View Trail. C. Discussion on rock climbing options within Confluence Park. D. Update on other Park projects. IV. Public Concerns for Board Consideration: Identification of issues for consideration of future meetings. V. Board Members Concerns: VI.
