- PROVO CITY CORPORATION DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT Design Review Committee Agenda November 21, 2018 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 21, 2018, at 12:30 p.m., in the Community Development Conference Room at the Provo City Center, located at 330 West 100 South. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Item 1 Ridgepoint Management Group requests Concept Plan approval for a 62-unit townhome development located at 1606 S State Street, in a proposed Spring Creek High Occupancy Project Redevelopment Option (PRO14.50(36)) Zone. Spring Creek neighborhood. Javin Weaver (801) 852-6413 PLCP20180107 Item 2 Ben Davis requests Project Plan approval for an office building and associated parking structure, located at 182 N Freedom Blvd in the Downtown Core (DT2) zone. Downtown neighborhood. Josh Yost (801) 852-6408 PLPPA20180363 Item 3 Design Build Contractors, Inc. requests Project Plan approval for a new residential building within the campus of the Heritage School, located at 5600 N Heritage School Drive in the Public Facilities (PF) zone. The new building will take the place of a previously demolished building. Riverbottoms neighborhood. Robert Mills (801) 852-6407 PLPPA20180386 Preceding the public hearing, the Design Review Committee will be served lunch at 12:00 p.m. Items on the agenda will not be discussed during lunch. Provo City will make reasonable accommodations for all citizens interested in participating in this meeting.
