* * * NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS* * * NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wendover City Planning Commission will conduct the following public hearing at the Wendover City, Tooele County Complex Building at 920 East Wendover Blvd., Wendover, Utah at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 4th , 2018 to receive public input regarding the following proposal: 1. Proposed Minor Subdivision for 85 Skyhawk Wendover, Utah Parcel #08-000-G-0002 total of acres (87,092 Square Feet) divided into 2 lots, Lot 1- 1.39 acres (60,555 square feet) and lot 2- 0.61 acre (26,537 Square feet) for Bonnie Jorgenson. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wendover City Council will conduct the following public hearing at the Wendover City, Tooele County Complex Building at 920 East Wendover Blvd., Wendover, Utah at 6:40 p.m. on Thursday, December 6th, 2018 to receive public input regarding the following proposal: 1. Proposed Minor Subdivision for 85 Skyhawk Wendover, Utah Parcel #08-000-G-0002 total of acres (87,092 Square Feet) divided into 2 lots, Lot 1- 1.39 acres (60,555 square feet) and lot 2- 0.61 acre (26,537 Square feet) for Bonnie Jorgenson. All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comment upon this proposal. Written comments will also be considered if submitted to the City Clerk/Recorder in advance of the hearing. A copy of the current regulations and the proposed amendments may be reviewed at the Wendover City Offices each weekday before the public hearing, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Persons with disabilities needing accommodations to participate in these hearings should contact Devan Clevenger (435-665-7771) at the Wendover City Offices at least 24 hours in advance of the hearings.
