NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold a meeting on Thursday, December 2, 2010 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, beginning at 12:00 Noon 1) Approval of new Resource Officer 2) Discuss Parking at the new Elementary School â?? Police Chief Blane Jensen 3) Discuss and Approve Amendment to Build America Bond 4) Discuss and Approve Snow Removal 5) Approve Minutes from City Council Meeting Wednesday, November 17, 2010 open and closed session 6) Identification of Items to be included on Future Agendas 7) Approve Bills and Adjustments 8) Closed Session 9) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1)(a) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (i) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; and (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
