- The City of West Jordan City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at the West Jordan City Hall 8000 South Redwood Road, 3rd Floor, Council Chambers, to receive public comment only regarding a proposed Preliminary Development Plan for West Jordan Senior Living located at 1922 West 9400 South in R-3-20 (SHO) Zoning District; HPI Land, LLC/Tyler Howland (applicant). The Council will take the comments made on December 5, 2018 under advisement and consider the item for approval Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. You are invited to attend the Public Hearing and take part in the discussion and voice any support or concern you may have. If you wish to speak on an item, the time will be limited to 3 minutes. Items may be moved on the agenda or tabled by the City Council. Copies of the agenda packet for this meeting will be available on the City's website westjordan.utah.gov approximately 4 days prior to the meeting.
