Description/Agenda: The Town of Genola Planning Commission hereby gives notice of a Public Hearing Thursday, December 6, 2018 scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. in the Genola Public Safety Building located at 455 N Main St. in Genola. The purpose of this hearing is to consider proposed zone change petition from A-1 Agricultural Zone to R-1 Residential Zone for the property owned by Chris & Miriam Steele Parcel #29.036.0067 located at approximately 1006 E Cumorah Drive in Genola. Notice is further given that if the zone changes are recommended by the Planning Commission, the Genola Town Council will hear this item at their December 12, 2018 Town Council Meeting to commence at 7:00 p.m. Posted in the Genola Town Office, the Genola Public Safety Building and the Utah Public Website on or before November 14th, 2018. Published in The Payson Chronicle on November 21st and November 28th, 2018.
