SOUTH OGDEN CITY CORPORATION NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND AMENDED IMPACT FEE WRITTEN ANALYSIS Pursuant to the provisions of 11-36a-501 and 503 of the Utah Code, notice is hereby provided of the intent of South Ogden City to create an impact fee culinary water facilities plan and amend the City's culinary water impact fee analysis. The service area for this capital facilities plan and impact fee analysis includes all the area currently located within the City's corporate boundaries and areas that may be annexed into the District in the future. The proposed impact fees, if justified, will be charged to new development and used to fund the cost of capital facilities needed to serve new development. Interested parties are invited to provide information for consideration in preparation of the impact fee facilities plan and impact fee analysis. Information requests and comments should be provided in writing.
