- AGENDA SIGURD TOWN BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2018 7:00 P.M. Notice is hereby given that the Sigurd Town Council will meet on Wednesday, November 14, 2018, at the Sigurd Town Hall, 595 North State Street, which meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: Opening remarks 1. Meeting called to order by Mayor Kelly Alvey 2. Roll Call 3. Minutes of Meeting held October 3, 2018, and work meeting minutes held October 11, 2018, to be approved and/or amended by the council 4. Citizens Requests Ensign Engineering - update on grant application Bruce Allen - presentation 5. Bills and Finances 6. Department Reports Parks and Cemeteries: size of headstones Water: Curtis storage property Roads: Water valves at 1320 N., Highway 24 Fire: Fire alarm pole/Stewart property CDBG Grant Office: wages for part-time employee Santa Donation Municipal Energy Tax Labor Law Posters for 2019 7. Mayor Kelly Alvey - All other business that needs to be taken care of 8. Adjourn
