- HYRUM CITY COUNCIL MEETING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE HYRUM CITY COUNCIL TO BE HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 60 WEST MAIN, HYRUM, UTAH AT 6:30 P.M., NOVEMBER 15, 2018. THE PROPOSED AGENDA IS AS FOLLOWS: 1. ROLL CALL 2. CALL TO ORDER 3. WELCOME 4. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 5. INVOCATION 6. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 7. AGENDA ADOPTION 8. PUBLIC COMMENT 9. SCHEDULED DELEGATIONS: A. Dan Larsen, Kartchner Homes - To request Preliminary Plat approval for Phases 5 and 6 of Rolling Hills subdivision consisting of 36 lots at 535 South 625 East. 10. INTRODUCTION AND ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE: A. Ordinance 18-09 - An ordinance adding Chapter 2.58 Access to Public Records to Title 2 Administration and Personnel of the Hyrum City Municipal Code. 11. OTHER BUSINESS: A. Certification of the Hyrum City WWTP Annexation Petition. B. Consideration and approval of City Attorney. C. Consideration and approval of the purchase of real property. D.
