Town of Portage Council Meeting Wednesday November 14th, 2018 25880 N 9000 W 6:00 PM Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Portage will hold its regular Town Council meeting on Wednesday, November 14th, 2018 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 PM. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony: 1. Review and Approval of minutes from October 10th, 2018 Town Council Meeting. 2. Review and Approval of October 10th, 2018 to November 14th, 2018 Bills/Payroll. 3. Review Financial Report, Bank Reconciliations and Water adjustments or write-offs. 4. Review Self Evaluation Form. 5. Discussion and approval of Christmas party funding. 6. Discussion and approval of paying Leslie Gibbs for October 2018 working and audit. Public Comment: This is an opportunity for the public to address the Council. Please limit your comments to three minutes. Review of Departments: 7. Water - Council Member Nelson 8. Roads - Council Member Smith 9. Planning and Zoning- Council Member John a. Discussion and approval with vote of Richard Poppe's building permit. b. Master plan and codes. c. Discussion and vote on Lesli Hinz as second alternate on Planning and Zoning. 10. Parks and Recreation - Council Member Munns a. Discussion and decision on cost of septic services. 11. Fire Department - Assistant Chief Tom Davis a) Discussion and decision about selling the old fire engine. 12. Sgt.
