Agenda Items:
1. Dr. Michael Clay - Facilitate discussion of consideration of the following:
a. Create and implement design standards for the historic commercial zone
b. Designate and define design standards in the gateway commercial zone
c. Designate and define multiple residential zones
d. Update ordinances for the following:
i. Residential fencing,
ii. Large animals,
iii. Nuisance.
