- CLARKSTON TOWN LAND, USE & DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Land Use & Development Commission will hold a LUDM Meeting on the 12th day of November 2018 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order 2. New Business - Richie Calderwood - Water Permit - ~45 S 100 W - New Water Hook Up - Mike & MaryAnn Kelly - Building Permit - ~271 W 300 S - Shed - Platinum Construction - Residential Addition - 285 N 200 W - 3rd Car Garage 3. Other Business - Wayne Cooper - Councilmember Nichole Sparks - Town Business - Training - Master Plan - 2019 Chairman 4.
