Discussion on unpermitted build project and City right of way violation Public Business Public Meeting - 7:30pm Call to Order / Welcome - Chair Joni Endicott Pledge of Allegiance - Determined by attendance Prayer - Determined by attendance Approval of previous minutes - October 10, 2018 Minutes and October 18, 2018 Old Business Unfinished / Carryover Business: 1. Review and approve, Send to CC. Plagmann / Mendon Trailer Court Discussion - C.U.P. 2. Jonathan & Stacey Bingham - Update - 98 E Center RE: Water reconnect & quasit hut. 3. Slide Ridge Honey Conditional Use - Held over, expired. Submit a new application but during interim, City offices have received a letter. Is this enough for renewal? Board had previously asked for documents on old C.U.P. 4. Discuss & Review making all Conditional Use Permits come due the same time as business license renewal New Business: 1. Building permit application for Adam and Jennifer Haymond 2. Building permit application for Jim and Michelle Cannon - Accessory Building 3. New Business License application - Carlson Ordinance changes: Review/Update/Recommendation 1. Review & acknowledgment of digital link of amendments to ordinances being amended.
