CALL TO ORDER 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES DATED October 2, 2018 3. BUSINESS LICENSE CH Pitchforth Inc. DBA MainStreetMarket - Hauvala Pitchforth - 15 W Main Street 4. ZONING CLEARANCE Shawn Allred- 415 S State Street 5. WORK SESSION DISCUSSION OF 2018-5: A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FINES AND ADOPTING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR PARKING VIOLATIONS 6. ADJOURNMENT The public is invited to attend all Planning Commission Meetings and Work Sessions.
