PUBLIC HEARING - ISSUES ONLY (NO DECISION) 4. GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT AND REZONE - 850 N 2200 W The applicant, Ed Grampp, representing CW Land Company, is requesting a general plan amendment and a rezone for the 44-acre property, located at 850 N 2200 W in the B-RP (Business and Research Park) zoning district. The rezone request is from B-RP to R-1-8 PRUD (Single Family Residential Planned Residential Unit Development) and C-TH (Condo/Townhouse). ADJOURNMENT
