Notice is hereby given that the Myton City Council will hold its regular meeting Tuesday, November 13, 2018 in the Council room of the Myton City Hall, which meeting will begin at 6:30 P.M. This meeting may or may not be conducted electronically via telephone. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Roll call. 2. Reading & approval of minutes of previous meeting(s). 3. Public Comment. 4. Karl Jacobs - Placement of Mobile Home on Block 1 Lot 4. 5. Bret Reynolds, Civco Engineering - Presentation of designs for Welcome Signs. 6. A Resolution Authorizing Not More Than $750,000 Taxable Water Revenue Bonds, In One Or More Series, For Water System Improvements, And Related Improvements; Providing For The Publication Of A Notice Of Public Hearing And Bonds To Be Issued; Fixing The Maximum Aggregate Principal Amount, Interest Rate, Maturity, And Discount Of The Bonds; Providing For The Running Of A Contest Period; And Related Matters. 7. Discussion and Action on 65 W 400 N Appraisal. 8. City Departmental Reports on the last month's activities Ronnie Young - Maintenance Alan Allred - Fire Department 9. Closed Executive Session - 52-4-205(c) and (d)(ii) Strategy Session to discuss pending, reasonably imminent and ongoing litigation, water rights or shares. (If needed) 10. Closed Executive Session - 52-4-205 (1)(a) - Discussion of the Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an individual(s) regarding delinquent utility accounts. 11.
