No decisions will be made during this session 7:00 PM CONVENE REGULAR MEETING - Public Welcome & Chair Opening Statement ACTION ITEMS 1. PUBLIC HEARING - Sunnyside Heights No. 4 Subdivision - C-2 zone Owner, Paul Channell is applying to creating a new 13,643 square foot parcel within the Oakmont Plaza, a retail mall located on 2300 East. The new lot will not be developed. The new lot will rather serve transfer of ownership purposes. PF#17-1-04-2 2. Holladay Cove Condominiums, Plat Amendment - 4163 S Highland Drive - RM zone Owner, Aaron Mueller is applying to amend this condominium plat by vacating the 18 individual condo units, reverting them back to 'for rent' units. No change in density or lay out of the project is proposed PF#07-1-10-1 WORK SESSION - Planning Commission will adjourn to discuss upcoming items. No decisions will be made 3. Upcoming Ordinance Amendments Staff will present proposals to amend various sections to the Title 13 of the Holladay land use code. 4. Review 2019 Planning Commission Meeting Calendar 5.
