Presenter: Sam Kelly and Paul Goodrich UPDATE - State Street Mobility/Safety Study (15 min) Discussion Presenter: Paul Goodrich DISCUSSION - Street Lighting Fee (60 min) Present and discuss recommended changes to the street lighting fee and receive feedback from the City Council. PUBLIC HEARING RESOLUTION - Declaring Property Located at 204 East 1200 South in the City of Orem as Surplus Property and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute the Real Estate Purchase Contract. The Economic Development Division Manager recommends the City Council, by resolution, declare property located at 204 East 1200 South in the City of Orem (the 'Property') as surplus property and authorize the City Manager to execute the Real Estate Purchase Contract.
