SYRACUSE CITY Syracuse City Council Work Session Notice November 13, 2018 immediately following the City Council business meeting, which begins at 6:00 p.m. City Council Conference Room Municipal Building, 1979 W. 1900 S. a. Request to amend the Syracuse City General Plan for property located at approximately 2600 W. 3200 S., R-1 residential to Residential Planned Community (RPC). (30 min.) b. Public comments. c.
