3. CALL TO ORDER Planning Commission Regular Meeting at 7:30 PM.
4. DISCUSSION/ACTION on Planning Commission Meeting Minutes October 10, 2018.
5. DISCUSSION/ACTION on a recommendation for Ordinance #496 amending the Zoning Map from A-1 Zone (Agriculture) to R-1-20 Zone (Residential) for a property located at approximately 750 West 2100 North; Parcel Numbers: 170650042 and 170650038 by Bryan Bayles.
6. DISCUSSION/ACTION on residential concept plan by Russ Wahlen and interpretation of municipal code relating to a proposed cluster subdivision and zoning amendment.
7. PUBLIC COMMENTS: 'This is an opportunity to address the Planning commission regarding our concerns or ideas on land use issues. Comments are limited to three minutes. The Planning commission cannot take action on any item brought to the planning Commissions' attention except to instruct staff to place this item on a future agenda.'
