NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO THE MEMBERS OF THE HILDALE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION AND TO THE PUBLIC, THAT THE PLANNING COMMISSION WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON THURSDAY THE 8th DAY OF NOVEMBER 2018 AT HILDALE CITY HALL, 320 EAST, NEWEL AVENUE, WHICH MEETING SHALL BEGIN AT 6:30 P.M. MDT. A WORK SESSION WILL BE HELD IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING. THE AGENDA SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS: 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. ROLL CALL 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 4. PUBLIC HEARING 5. WORK SESSION A. STAFF SUMMARY OF PLANNING AND ZONING ORDINANCE PROCESS B. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ZONE CHANGE ON LOTS: i. HD-SHCR-2-1 TO GC ii. HD-16 AND HD-6 TO GC iii. HD-203 TO RA-1 iv. HD-178-A-1 v.
