- The City of West Jordan Utah is seeking bids for a supplier to furnish street lighting supplies (light poles, adaptor arms, LED light fixtures, and photo electric controls) as listed on the Bid Sheet. Sealed bids will be received by the City of West Jordan, City Clerk's Office, 8000 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84088 until Tuesday, November 27, 2018, at 2:00 P.M., at which time they shall be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids shall be deemed received when they are in the physical possession of the City Clerk or designee. Bids, modifications, or corrections will not be accepted if they are not timely received by the City Clerk's Office, regardless of the cause, whether or not by action or inaction of the City, including but not limited to delayed, lost, undelivered or misdirected mail. Emailed and/or facsimile transmitted proposals will not be accepted. An electronic copy of the bid documents may be obtained via email beginning November 13, 2018 from Paul Wellington, Purchasing Agent, at paul.wellington@westjordan.utah.gov. When emailing Paul to request bid documents, please include your full name, company name, address, and phone number.
