NOTICE AND AGENDA WOODLAND HILLS CITY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING November 7, 2018 Notice is hereby given that the City of Woodland Hills Planning Commission will hold a Planning Commission meeting on Wednesday, November 7,2018 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Woodland Hills City Center, located at 690 S. Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, Utah. The meeting is open to the public and all interested persons are invited to attend. The agenda is as follows: A. CALL TO ORDER PLEDGE- By Invitation INVOCATION- By Invitation B. PUBLIC HEARING 1. Adopting a Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance. The purpose of the Ordinance is to promote the public health, safety, and general welfare and to minimize public and private losses due to flood conditions in specific areas. C. BUSINESS 1. Recommendation to City Council on Adopting a Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance. D. MISCELLANEOUS E. ADJOURN In accordance with the A.D.A., persons needing special accommodation during this meeting should notify the City Recorder at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
