- Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain City Council will conduct a public hearing on November 20, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers located at 1650 E. Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah. The hearing is for the following: - The Olympus Land Project rezone, an applicant proposal rezoning approximately 320.74 acres of property (parcels 59:057:0002 & 59:029:0002), adding the Regional Technology and Industry Overlay Zone to the existing zoning. The materials for the proposed items may be reviewed on the City website within three days of the meeting. For more information please contact the Planning Department at (801) 789-6617.
