- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Planning Commission will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at the Eureka Memorial Building, 263 West Main Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. ROLL CALL. 2. Review and discussion Ordinance Amending Section 6.5 and 6.6 of the Eureka City Zoning Code Governing Annexed Lands. 4. ADJOURNMENT.
