- EMERY COUNTY LIBRARY BOARD TO BE HELD AT CASTLE DALE LIBRARY Monday November 5, 2018 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Emery County Library Board will hold its regular Board Meeting on the 5th day of November, 8:00 am in the Castle Dale Library, 135 North 100 East, Castle Dale, UT 84513. AGENDA 1. Welcome by Marlene Miyasaki, Board Chair 2. Approval of minutes of previous meetings 3. Approval of expenditures 4. Board reports 5. Commissioner report 6. Jeff Guymon 7. Public Meeting Training 8. LSTA Grant discussion 9. Discussion of the December Library Seminar 10.Discussion of Emery County Library Strategic Plan - Incentive Six : Facilities Upkeep and Safety 11.Recommendations for new Director 12.Director's report - other staff reports 13.Public comments - Comments from the public on items not on the agenda. There can be no action taken on these matters and they are limited to three (3) minutes. In compliance with the ADA, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during the meeting should notify the Library Director at (435)748-2726 at least 3 days prior to the meeting.
