Kurt Marchant - Ensign Engineering - request to meet with Mayor and Council regarding possible development and funding for a water master plan for the city. 2. Alexis Sorenson - request to meet with Mayor and Council regarding proposed Christmas Holiday event. 3. Discussion and consideration of ordinance to amend the recent North Hills Subdivision by technical corrections to the plat map and property descriptions. 4. Discussion and consideration of water bonds. 5. Continuing Business. 6. Councilmembers Reports: Gary Chidester Darren Dyreng Jason Maylett Jason Vernon Mary Wintch 7.
