PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Town of Leeds Planning Commission will hold a PUBLIC MEETING on Wednesday, , 2018 at 7:00 P.M. The Planning Commission will meet in the Leeds Town Hall located at 218 N Main, Leeds, Utah.

a. Proposed zone changes for L-PEMR-1 ( R-1-20 to R-M-7) and L-4-A-1 (R-1-20 to Commercial)
8. Action Items:
a. Discussion and possible action on proposed zone changes for L-PEMR-1 (R-1-20 to R-M-7) and L-4-A-1 (R-1-20 to Commercial).
b. Discussion and possible action regarding Zion West RV Park - site plan and proposed plan to bring property into compliance.
c. Approval of 2019 Meeting Calendar (Note: Town Council approved 1 Town Council meeting for 4 months (July, August, November & December) and 2 meetings for the remaining 8 months. Planning Commission meetings are still once a month, with others to be scheduled as needed.
9. Discussion Items:
a. Scott Messel to update zoning map
b. Open and Public Meetings Act Annual Training scheduled for 6 PM November 14
c. Hidden Valley Forge, Home Occupation Business License
