- Public Notice The Myton City Housing Authority dba Housing Authority of the Uintah Basin will be accepting applications for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program Waiting List beginning at 9:00 am Monday, November 16, 2018 until further notice. All applicants must be income eligible to qualify and they must meet the established policies of the Housing Authority. Placement on the waiting list will be based on date and time of the completed application and local jurisdiction preferences.
