NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Wales Town Council will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, 6 November 2018, at the Wales Town Hall, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 PM. Agenda items may or may not be discussed in the order they are listed. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Roll call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Prayer 4. Petitions & communications: a. Lee Fox, concerning historical artifact display in town hall 5. Discuss concerns relating to property for sale around town spring 6. Discuss & set payment for private delivery of water samples to Orem when needed 7. Discussion/repeal of Fire Restriction Order, Res. #2018-03 8. Discuss & update Ord. #11-2-05 & Res. #98-02 (business licensing) 9. Approval of minutes for town council meeting held 2 October 2018 10. Approval of minutes for public hearing held 16 October 2018 11. Approval for payment of October 2018 invoices 12. Reports of officers and boards Citizens who wish to address the town council on any observations or problems concerning Wales Town will be given five (5) minutes to speak. Additional time will be allowed at the discretion of the Mayor and Town Board. No decision will be made unless said citizen arranges for time on the Agenda at least five (5) days prior to the town council meeting. Town council meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month.
