NOTICE OF TOWN HALL AND CITY COUNCIL MEETING WOODLAND HILLS CITY September 20, 2018 Notice is hereby given that the Woodland Hills City Council will hold a Town Hall and City Council Meeting on Thursday, September 20, 2018. The Town Hall Meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. followed by the City Council Meeting. The meetings will be held at FOOTHILLS ELEMENTARY located at 412 South 810 East, Salem, UT 84653. The agenda is as follows: A. TOWN HALL MEETING B. CITY COUNCIL MEETING 8:00 PM 1. CALL TO ORDER- Mayor Wendy Pray 2. PLEDGE- Council Member Pratt 3. INVOCATION- Council Member Malkovich C. PUBLIC COMMENT D. BUSINESS & DISCUSSION 1. Fiber Contract 2. Gates in the City 3. Evacuation Procedures (after fire) Committees E. EXECUTIVE SESSION In accordance with the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act for the following or other purposes outlined in in Utah State Code: 1. To discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of individuals; 2. To discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; 3. To discuss the sale or transfer of land; 4. To discuss deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems. F.
