NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a regular Council Meeting Monday November 5, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. at the Minersville Town Hall. The following is the agenda Mayor will open the meeting stating time and date: 1. Approve minutes from the October 1, 2018 Council Meeting 2. 4-H Thank-you and discuss service project. 3. Richard Walhberg: Home inspection 4. ORDINANCE NO 10.15.18 RESCINDING MINOR DAYTIME CURFEW. AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN COUNCIL, OF THE TOWN OF MINERSVILLE, UTAH AMENDING THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE TOWN OF MINERSVILLE. 5. Discuss and approve INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN BEAVER COUNTY, BEAVER CITY, MILFORD CITY AND MINERSVILLE TOWN TO FUND LAW ENFORCEMENT WITHIN BEAVER COUNTY. 6. RESOLUTION NO 11.5.18 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN BEAVER COUNTY, BEAVER CITY, MILFORD CITY AND MINERSVILLE TOWN TO FUND LAW ENFORCEMENT WITHIN BEAVER COUNTY. 7. Clinic Lease 8. GIS water and sewer mapping update. Discuss cost of cloud service 9. Kade Blackner: Minersville Town Employee Personnel Policy review 10. Minersville Town Council and Employee Christmas Party and year end bonuses 11. Pay bills 12. Other Business: Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of §52-4-204 and §52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended OLD BUSINESS: 1.
