- AMERICAN FORK CITY AMERICAN FORK CEMETERY COMMITTEE MEETING November 5, 2018 Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Cemetery Committee will meet on November 5, 2018 at the American Fork Administration Building, located at 51 East Main, commencing at 10:00 a.m. The agenda shall be as follows: Prayer: Attendance: Approval of previous meeting minutes: 1. Discuss the Veterans Day Program which will be held Monday, November 12, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Alpine Tabernacle. 2. Discuss the dedication for the Generation Statue that was held at the Memorial Gardens on October 2, 2018. 3. Discuss Staff Items. 4. Other concerns or suggestions.
