- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 08, 2018, at 12:30 p.m., in the Community Development Conference Room at the Provo City Center, located at 330 West 100 South. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Item 1 Ridgepoint Management Group requests Design Review Committee approval for a 62-unit townhome development located at 1606 S State Street, in a proposed Spring Creek High Occupancy Project Redevelopment Option (PRO14.50(36)) Zone. Spring Creek neighborhood. Javin Weaver (801) 852-6413 PLCP20180107 Preceding the public hearing, the Design Review Committee will be served lunch at 12:00 p.m. Items on the agenda will not be discussed during lunch. Provo City will make reasonable accommodations for all citizens interested in participating in this meeting. If assistance is needed to allow participation at this meeting, please call the Planning Secretary at (801) 852-6424 at least 3 days before the meeting to make arrangements.
