City install signs at Main & Center directing to the memorial- {Approve/ Deny} 5. Council Member Brunner: Planning & Zoning Permits a. Marlene Yardley: Home Business, 120 South 200 East - {Approve/ Deny} b. Janeen Brady: Finish Existing Outbuilding for Guesthouse, 189 West Center - {Approve/ Deny} c. Cathy Whitaker: New Home, 45 South 300 East - {Approve/ Deny} d. Ashley Webb: Access to City Water for Subdivision South of Cemetery - {Approve/ Deny} 6. Council Member Allred: Presentation and discussion with Forest Service to Re-open roads in Canal Canyon and South Fork 7. Chief Clarke Christiensen: Quarterly Crime Report 8. Public Comments: Please Limit to Three Minutes Each 9. Mayor Monnett: Delinquent Account Exceptions- {Approve/ Deny} 10. Approval of Minutes: October 4, 2018- {Approve/ Deny} 11.
